Dimethylformamide (DMF) and Dimethylacetamide (DMAC) are versatile hydrophilic polar aprotic solvents characterized by high boiling points, low volatility at room temperature, and elevated dielectric constants. They exhibit exceptional solvent power for difficult-to-dissolve polymers, polyacrylonitrile, and peptide intermediate reagents.
Supplied in dedicated 200 Liter high-density plastic or coated steel drums (approx. 190–200 kg net weight) sealed to prevent atmospheric moisture absorption.
